Manpreet Singh Monga appointed as Service Delivery Manager

We are pleased to announce that Mr. Manpreet Singh Monga is joining Kadme, effective 1st June, as Service Delivery Manager.
Manpreet joins Kadme from IBM, where he was responsible for overall service delivery and performance at Statoil in Stavanger. As part of his IT industry experience in Service Delivery, Manpreet has been managing client relationships and projects in India, the United Kingdom and Norway. His responsibilities have included Project management, ITIL compliances and ICT SOAX compliance.
Manpreet has a Master degree in Computer Applications from IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University) New Delhi, India and is currently pursuing an MBA with specialization in Operations Management. He is a certified ITIL V3.0 professional.
In Kadme, Manpreet will manage the performance of services to clients and ensure that the Service Levels are achieved.
He will also be responsible for the service desk and application support, managing Kadme’s Support and Services team.
